All orders can be placed via our website. Quotes can be requested in writing via email to info@blondebutler.com.au. Our customer service team are also happy to answer your questions over the phone on 1300 822 111.

CUT OFF TIMES:

Order for Monday, cut off is 2pm Saturday.

Order for Tuesday, cut off is 2pm Sunday.

Order for Wednesday, cut off is 2pm Monday.

Order for Thursday, cut off is 2pm Tuesday.

Order for Friday, cut off is 2pm Wednesday.

Order for Saturday, cut off is 2pm Thursday.

Order for Sunday, cut off is 2pm Friday.

Last minute orders may be accepted depending on availability and requests can be sent to info@blondebutler.com.au or via phone on 1300 822 111.

Requests sent after business hours will be reviewed the following morning and are accepted based on availability.

If your delivery has warm food on it, please specify the time you’d like the food to arrive in the notes section of your order. Warm deliveries can arrive up to 30 mins before your desired delivery time.

MINIMUM SPEND:

Monday to Friday: $150 per delivery

Saturday & Sunday: $250 per delivery

Minimum spends exclude delivery fees.

PICK UPS FROM OUR KITCHEN:

We offer order collection from our headquarters at 227 Parramatta Road, Annandale. Pick ups can be arranged by selecting “pick up” when you are placing your order online.

OFFICE HOURS:

Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm.

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders can be placed anytime according to our cut off times.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:

For any amendments to your order, please email these in writing to info@blondebutler.com.au and include your order number. Our team will review your change request and facilitate the update to your order. Please ensure your order changes occur prior to the cut off time.

DIETARY & CHANGE OF ITEMS REQUESTS:

Requests to make alterations to boxed catering items will not be accepted upon ordering. If you wish to have items that are not within a set box, these are available to be purchased individually by its minimum quantity.

We at the Boxed by Blonde Butler can offer a wide variety of specialty diet menu items. These include dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and pork free. While we take the upmost pride and care to accommodate your dietary requirements there can be traces of allergens found within our catering. In the event you or your client has a life-threatening anaphylaxis inducing allergy, we highly recommend the consumer(s) is made aware of this clause and has an epinephrine autoinjector (Epipen) on hand. Any instances where you or your client suffers loss or illness resulting from nuts or traces of allergens found in our catering, the Blonde Butler Group will not be held liable.

DELIVERY FEES:

We offer FREE delivery on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to the following post codes: 2000, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2021, 2038, 2040 & 2060. Delivery fees apply outside of these areas.

For all deliveries that are within 30km of the CBD we charge a $35 delivery fee. For orders more than 30km of the CBD, additional charges may apply and a member of our team will contact you to discuss.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGES & PAYMENT:

Credit card surcharges apply (VISA 1.5%, Mastercard 1.5% & Amex 2.75%)

Payment is required in full upon placing your order.

PLATTER COLLECTION:

If you have had a catering delivery on melamine platters, a member of our office team will contact you to arrange a time for us to collect these platters.

If you have ordered a platter on a wooden board, this board will be collected after your event at a time agreed on between you and our bookings team. Once the platter has been returned your $100 bond will be refunded to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation charges will apply once your order has been confirmed and paid in full. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, your order will not be refunded

If your order is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice you will receive a 50% refund of your total order
